At Boix Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and proactive International Sales Account Manager to strengthen our sales team. Together with an experienced colleague, you will be responsible for the Benelux market. Your focus will mainly be on the Fresh Produce industry, where Boix is a leading supplier of packaging machinery solutions. From fruit and vegetable producers to packaging companies and retailers, you will help customers find solutions that improve their production processes and support their growth.
What will you do?
This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market. You will spend a large part of your time visiting customers, prospects and partners across the Benelux, building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities. At the same time, you will manage your own customer portfolio, follow up commercial projects and guide customers through the sales process from first contact to successful implementation.
You will have a high level of independence and ownership. You organize your own planning, identify opportunities within the market and actively contribute to the commercial growth of Boix Europe. While you work independently, you are never on your own. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from sales, service and our factory in Spain to ensure customers receive the best possible support.
Job Requirements
You are someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys building relationships. You feel comfortable speaking with customers at all levels and know how to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships on your own. Whether you already have sales experience or are ready for your next step, your drive, personality and commercial mindset are what matter most.
Experience or affinity with Fresh Produce (AGF), packaging machinery or the cardboard sector is considered a strong advantage.
- A college level (HBO) of work and thinking
- Fluent speaking & writing skills in English and Dutch
- Control of an additional foreign language is a plus
- You have a valid driving licence B
- Prepared to travel regularly within the Benelux and attend exhibitions
- Prepared to travel within the Benelux (and visit our factory in Spain a couple times per year)
