The Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Google Ads & Social Media PPC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across both Google Ads and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You will play a key role in maximizing the visibility and ROI for our clients.

Your Responsibilities

Google Ads:

  • Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Video.

Social Media Ads:

  • Creating and managing ads on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Conducting in-depth keyword and audience research.
  • Writing compelling ad copy and developing creative campaigns that capture attention.
  • Performing A/B testing to improve ad performance.
  • Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Staying up-to-date with trends and algorithm updates on both Google and social media platforms.
  • Collaborating with creative and strategic teams to design campaigns that align with client objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads and social media advertising.
  • Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) are a strong plus.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Creative insight combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to develop actionable plans.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
  • Ability to translate trends into effective advertising campaigns.
  • Fluent in English, fluency in Dutch is a plus.
