Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Global Application Manager with expertise in leading and optimizing enterprise application portfolio’s spanning across D365, SAP and Salesforce. This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Global IT Director. The client is a global leader within manufacturing to support clean energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global roadmap for enterprise applications (primarily D365, Salesforce, SAP).
- Oversee portfolio and project management of global application initiatives.
- Manage a team of 9–10 people across various platforms, with 3–4 direct reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across business units in Europe and the U.S.
- Ensure effective release planning, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Lead migration and standardization projects (e.g., SAP to D365).
- Engage directly with management-level stakeholders and end-users.
- Maintain high-level oversight of integration landscapes and resource planning.
- Drive strategic IT initiatives while balancing tactical project execution.
Required Experience
- Leadership experience in managing enterprise applications, preferably with D365 F&O.
- Strong background in project and portfolio management.
- Demonstrated ability managing system rollouts across multiple business units and geographies.
- Hands-on experience with D365 project implementation, particularly in business process optimization (not deep technical configuration).
- Experience coordinating SAP and Salesforce platforms is a plus.
- Awareness of third-party integrations and interdependencies in complex systems.
Technical & Tools Knowledge
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, TopDesk).
- Understanding of enterprise architecture concepts.
