We are looking for a colleague to join our team as a Human Resources Director at our office in Haarlem (the Netherlands). The person in this position will be responsible for all daily processes within our team, making it crucial to find someone who shares our values and can drive the office forward through positive change!
Responsibilities:
- Further designs and develops the vision and strategy for People Experience;
- Ensures the strategy and policy development related to total rewards, learning, talent acquisition employer brand, and talent enablement are inline with the organization strategy and HR strategy roadmap;
- Uses a persona centric approach to measure employee engagement and discover what employees expect versus what is offered;
- Proactively help resolve issues and offer your advice to enable a rapidly growing team and ensure maximum effectiveness for your function;
- Oversee and ensure day to day HR Operations and Recruiting are operating efficiently and are in line with best practices.
Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years of leadership experience in high-frequency trading company is must;
- Being a determined achiever — strategic and results-oriented, yet highly hands-on;
- Having strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
